JESSICA completed her undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph (2022). She is currently finishing her 4 year master of practice in osteopathic manipulative sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.
Jessica is a classically trained (student) osteopathic manual practitioner with a deep understanding that the body is a dynamic unit of function. She uses the approach of finding and addressing the root cause of pain and dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms. Through gentle manipulation and structural adjustments, Jessica works with the body to restore symmetry, motion, and circulation - supporting the body's natural ability to self-heal and self-regulate.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys playing volleyball, spending time outdoors, being active, and spending time with her cat.
